- Gas plant decommissioning and site reclamation of the Ralston Processing Gas Plant containing approximately 5.7 acres is located in the Oregon Basin Oil Field in Park County, Wyoming approximately 9 miles southeast of Cody. The work consists of four (4) tasks: 1) Develop Site Health and Safety Plan; 2) Develop Demolition and Reclamation Plan; 3) Site Demolition; 4) Site Rehabilitation. The objective is to fully dismantle and remove from the site the buildings, structures, facilities, and equipment, and rehabilitate the site. Dismantling the site includes tearing down all buildings and the process equipment contained in the buildings including cooling & separation towers, the flair stack, above ground pipelines, abandoned equipment and refuse. Rehabilitating the site consists of removing concrete pillars and fracturing concrete slabs, covering the site with soil reclamation material and establishing a final contour, and reseeding. The Contractor will have full salvage rights to the buildings and their contents, including equipment; compressors, process vessels (treaters, separators, scrubbers, tanks etc.) and all discarded items on the site of the gas plant. Complete requirements will be stipulated in the RFQ. Period of Performance: approximately 8/1/05 through 10/29/05. ONLY ELECTRONIC QUOTATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In addition to providing electronic pricing, each quoter must provide any NON-PRICING responses stipulated in the RFQ (e.g. technical description addressing the statement of work) directly to Doug_Hargrove@BLM.GOV (NOT THROUGH THE INTERNET) or to Doug Hargrove / BLM Wyoming State Office / 5353 Yellowstone Rd. / Cheyenne, WY 82009 so that they are received at that email address no later than the close of business on the closing date for the RFQ. It is the Government's intent to issue a RFQ on about June 2, 2005 with quotes and technical information being due on about July 11, 2005. A site visit will be conducted Tuesday June 28, 2005 at 9:00 am at the intersection of the Oregon Basin Road and US Highway 16-20.
