Description
W912GB-05-R-0029 The Government will award one or more contracts for these project descriptions below. Contract(s) will be awarded and paid in U.S. dollars. Information on site visits and a pre-proposal conference will be provided at a later date. As per FAR 52.232-18, projects are subject to availability of funds. Project information is as follows: PN 63488  Construct CMU Barracks, Al Asad, Key West and Anaconda, Iraq This contract will be a firm fixed price contract for design and construction of Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) Barracks buildings at various locations, Iraq. The bidder will be given standard designs (100%) for the 40, 80 and 160 man barracks buildings, and wi ll be required to site adapt them to the sites provided (design), and will also include construction of the facilities. The buildings are one and two story CMU construction, Slab on grade foundation, and will include Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Support facilities will include site utilities, connections, access roads, parking and antiterrorism/force prot ection measures. This project is estimated to be in excess of $20,000,000 and period of performance is 12 months. PN 63489  Construct CMU Barracks, Camp Marez, Iraq This contract will be a firm fixed price contract for design and construction of Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) Barracks buildings at Camp Marez, Iraq. The bidder will be given standard designs (100%) for the 40, 80 and 160 man barracks buildings, and will be r equired to site adapt them to the sites provided (design), and will also include construction of the facilities. The buildings are one and two story CMU construction, Slab on grade foundation, and will include Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Support facilities will include site utilities, connections, access roads, parking and antiterrorism/force prot ection measures. This project is estimated to be in the range of $5 -10,000,000 and period of performance is 12 months. PN 63490  Construct CMU Barracks, Camp Cooke, Taji, Iraq This contract will be a firm fixed price contract for design and construction of Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) Barracks buildings at Camp Cooke, Taji, Iraq. The bidder will be given standard designs (100%) for the 40, 80 and 160 man barracks buildings, and wil l be required to site adapt them to the sites provided (design), and will also include construction of the facilities. The buildings are one and two story CMU construction, Slab on grade foundation, and will include Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Support facilities will include site utilities, connections, access roads, parking and antiterrorism/force prot ection measures. This project is estimated to be in excess of $10 - 20,000,000 and period of performance is 12 months. PN 63491  Construct CMU Barracks, Camp Hope, Baghdad, Iraq This contract will be a firm fixed price contract for design and construction of Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) Barracks buildings at Camp Hope, Baghdad, Iraq. The bidder will be given standard designs (100%) for the 40, 80 and 160 man barracks buildings, and w ill be required to site adapt them to the sites provided (design), and will also include construction of the facilities. The buildings are one and two story CMU construction, Slab on grade foundation, and will include Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Support facilities will include site utilities, connections, access roads, parking and antiterrorism/force prot ection measures. This project is estimated to be in the range of $1 - 5,000,000 and period of performance is 12 months.
