****ATTENTION****THIS IS A SYNOPSIS MODIFICATION: Synopsis for Helmet Mounts, NSN 5855-01-457-2953, for Night Vision Goggles Posted on Mar 07, 2005 is being changed refer to original synopsis for complete information SOLICATION NUMBER: W15P7T-05-R-W 020, PRON: C94EA127C9, NOUN: Helmet Mount NSN: 5855-01-457-2953, SIC CODE: 333314, ( AMC 5) CHANGES: It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract pursuant FAR 52.216-22 will be awarded. The Governments minimum quality to be awarded with the award of the basic contract is 3,500 each. The government maximum quantity, which maybe awarded under over the life this contract is 250,000 each . Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302 -1, Only One Responsible Source. All other intonation in the Original Synopsis is correct and applicable.
