The US Aviation Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to establish a firm fixed contract with estimated quantity ranges for five-year IDIQ requirements in support of the AH-64 Apache Helicopter. NOUN: Valve, Solenoid, NSN: 4810-01-161-1198, P/N: 7-116310001, PRON: AX5F5333AX, Quantity: Minimum/32 each Maximum/160 each. Production Lead-time is 189 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restri cted to; Honeywell International Helicopter Cage 59364, and McDonnell Doulas Helicopter Cage 8V613. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-S TD-100. THIS ACQUISITION CONTRAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described item above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking u nder CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close pr ior to the date stated above.
