Description

M113 Overhaul and Conversion. The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a sole source contract to United Defense, L.P., Steel Products Division, Anniston, AL for the FY05/06 overhaul of 48 M577A2 vehicles, 42 M1064A2 vehicle s and 236 M1068A2 vehicles and upgrade of the same to the A3 configuration with and option for and additional 382 M113 FOV overhaul and upgrades. Period of performance is CY05/06. FOB: Origin. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) entitled Only One Responsi ble Source. Subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor subsequent to award.
