- Description
- The US ARMY TACOM-Picatinny is extending the date of submission to RFP W15QKN- 05-T-0217 Joint Inter-Modal Container (JMIC) to 4 pm, EDT June 8, 2005. All proposals must be received by this time for consideration. The Statement of Work is amended by adding the following section: 4.4.7 Nothing in this contract shall require contractor to provide any license or interest in inventions, patent applications and/or patents which were based on private funding of the contractor, including but not limited to those filed or existing prior to this contract. All other terms and conditions of the original Solicitation will remain the same.
