- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center intends on negotiating solely with CAS, Incorporated, 100 Quality Circle, Huntsville, AL 35806 to increase the ceiling amount of BPA contract DAAD05-02-D-0025 by approxima tely $5M for a 7 month period. The increase is necessary to allow continued performance of this competitively awarded GSA BPA contract until the follow-on contract can be awarded. The Government intends on negotiating solely with only one source under th e authority of FAR 16.505. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The modification to increase the ceiling will be issued on approximately 9 June 2005.
