- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SO LICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number W912LA-05-T-6012 is issued as a request for quotations. Fresno ANG Base needs to relocate the natural gas main line. The statement of work is available via fax by request. There will be a site visit at 0 900 on Thursday, 2 June 05. Interested vendors should contact the Contracting office at the number below to be added to the vendor list for the site visit. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 238220; the NAICS size standard is $12.0 million; and the SIC Code is 1711. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Cont ract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
