- Description
- RTS-MED at Fort Gordon, GA is currently leasing 4 modular classroom buildings. They have leased these buildings for the past 3 years and will lease them for another year with options for two more years or until classrooms are constructed whichever i s sooner. This process is under FAR part 12 for commercial and the procurement is under FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The authority is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government. Organizations that determine that they could provide this service at a lesser cost and without disruption to the activity may provide their proposal to the identified point of contact no later that 10:00 A. M. EDST, June 6, 2005. Such proposals will be evaluated soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is soley within the discetion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
