- Furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision and any other items necessary to replace four existing Carrier package heat pumps Model # 50TJQ008-501, 208/230V/3PH at each of these buildings located on Fort Bragg, North Ca rolina: H-4440, H-5057, H-5240, and H-5757. Each replacement package should consist of: 4 each Model # PHS090H000A 7.5 TON 208/230 VOLT-3PH pkg heat pump, 4 each AESO10EHA 10 KW HTR FOR PHS090H000A, 2 each AXB007SPP Single point Connection for PHS090H000, 4 each AXB145CGA COIL GUARD FOR PHS090H000, 4 each AXB145FAA OAD FITS 090, 4 each AXB145HEA HORZ./FULLY MODULATING ECONOMIZER, Or equal, with a one-year warranty on workmanship. Contractor shall replace existing T-stats and unit shall be paint 20059 Brown and left in running condition, 5 year warranty on Compressors. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside 1 00% for HUBZone concerns only. See Note 27. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Funds are not currently available for this project. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. The size standard is not to exceed $12,000,000. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with the Central Contract or Registration (CCR) which is available on-line at http://;www.ccr.gov/. Upon release to the public the solicitation shall be available via the internet at website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM. Bidders are responsible for rou tinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment will be provided. Proposal due date and time will be included in the solicitation. The Government intends to release the solicitation on or about 8 June 2005.
