- This is an amended combined synopsis/solicitation issued after close for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F2Y3CC5118A100A is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 532490 and small business size standard is $6 Million. CLIN 0001 : Quantity 1ea; Rent Mobile Stage from 18 June 2005 through 24 June 2005, Minimum floor size 24ft X 20ft (Load bearing capacity minimum 3800 lbs), Minimum Floor Height 3ft 6in, Minimum Roof size 24 ft X 24ft, 4 each rigging points (Minimum 350lb weight capacity each), 4 each 24ft X 2in tube trusses, 2 each sound rigging extensions (up to 500 lb weight capacity), Fire-retardant windwall on 3 sides. Stage floor must have skirting on the front and sides, royal blue in color. Must include guardrails on three sides. One stairway with handrails. Contractor must deliver, set-up and tear down stage.
