Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the NTP Software for the completion of the NAS Phase 1 training at Buckley Air Force Base in accordance with FAR Part 12 Regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The potential award will go to NTP Software 427 Amherst Street Unit 381 Nashua, NH 03063. This requirement is considered sole source given that NTP is the only company that makes this type of software for our Network Attached Storage (NAS) server. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source is known and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
