- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center (NAC), and the VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) program, is seeking vendors capable of performing pharmaceutical drug repackaging. The prospective vendor should be cleared by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for repackaging pharmaceuticals. The prospective vendor should also possess a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification for Class III (narcotic and non-narcotic), Class IV, and Class V controlled substances. Repackaging is a service, and is classified under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 561910. The corresponding small business size, to that NAICS code, is established as not exceeding the $6.0M threshold. Please review Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.1 for a description of how to apply this threshold. This is a sources sought notice. If your firm meets the FDA and DEA requirements stated above, please notify the originator of this notice. When submitting that notice, please include your business size based on the above threshold. Please remember that earnings of any parent / subsidiary / sibling relation will affect your business size.
