- Description
- Modernization of the existing Greg County Airport Traffic Control Tower. The work consists of but is not limited to: refurbishment of interior finishing in the control tower, replacement of the elevator, construction a new parking area and upgrades to the mechanical systems. Modifications to the tower include moving/storage of furniture, painting, carpet replacement, replacement of acoustic ceilings and replacement of light fixtures. ALL WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS. The NAICS code is 236220 - ($28.5M) Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $500,000 - $1,000,000. The successful offeror must meet the following GO/NO GO criteria: 1. The contractor must have successfully completed similar projects in a commissioned/operational Federal Aviation Administration Facility. 2. Contractor must provide the name of the facility and a Point of Contact with telephone number with request for specifications and plans. THIS PROJECT IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. General Contractors who are interest in providing an offer on this project must complete the attached forms, SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION and BUSINESS DECLARATION, and returning the forms with their request for the specifications and plans in writing by e-mail, FAX or letter not later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, June 13, 2005.
