Description: The USDA Forest Service intends to award a negotiated RFP to construct an addition, and renovate the existing structure, at the Lake George Ranger District Office, located on State Road 40, approximately 15 miles east of Silver Springs, FL. This project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website on or about June 7, 2005. A pre-bid showing will be held on June 15, 2005 at the project site. A bid bond will be required.
