- The USDA-Forest Service, Blue Mountain Acquisition Area intends to issue a purchase order on a single source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b) to the Grant Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for the services necessary to complete the Clear Creek dredge tailing restoration project. The Grant SWCD is the only source deemed reasonably available based on their mutual interest in the project and ability to provide some resources to perform the work.
