- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a combined annual total of 1,252 repair parts. The annual estimated dollar amount for the entire population is $97,274.84. The solicitation will be available on its? issue date of 07 June 2005. The requirement s 100% set aside for small business. Offerors who are interested in submitting an offer/quote on this solicitation should contact Denise Broomfield (614) 692-4718 prior to the closing date, 07 July 2005. See Note 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are available and are listed on the required NSN. To obtain a CD-Rom for drawings of each NSN, contact the Long Term Contract Drawing monitor via e-mail: drawingmonitor@dscc.dla.mil. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various conus locations. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
