- Description
- NSN 2940-01-188-3776 Filter element, 420 CFM, intake air cleaner IAW drawing 19207 12342870 and all related drawings and specifications. Basic contract quantity is 73,105; contract quantity including option is 146,210. 73,105 are to be delivered to New Cumberland PA. This NSN contains a first article test (FAT) requirement. The delivery schedule is as follows: For sources required to perform FAT, 14,000 each are to be delivered in 270 days with 8,500 each to be delivered every 30 days thereafter until completion of contract. For FAT waived sources delivery shall be 14,000 to be delivered in 150 days with 8,500 to be delivered every 30 days thereafter until completion of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation shall be available in FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 17 June 2005. The small business standard size is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaulation factors as described in the solicitation.
