- Copies of the RFP will be available on the DSCC website www.dscc.dla.mil after 13 Jun 2005. After reaching the website, look for the DSCC Internet Bidboard System (DIBBS), click on DSCC Solicitation Search/Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Invitations for Bids(IFB).Look for Corporate Contracts Tailored Support. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 3 year Long Term Contract (base year plus 2 option years) with 61 NSNs. Solicitation is Other than Full and Open Competition. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 3 quantity increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites and FOB destination will apply.Delivery schedule varies depending on the item. See Note 26.
