- Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to Upgrade Septic System @ USCG Loran Station, Carolina Beach, NC. Major items of work shall include the following: 1.1 Construct new gravity septic system for (2) existing government buildings. New system shall include a new drain field, 500 feet of underground sewer pipe, two new manholes, two new septic tanks, one new kitchen grease trap, and replacement of interior drain pipes for one bath. 1.2 Remove (4) existing septic tanks and (1) grease trap. Cut off and cap existing sewer pipes. 1.3 Remove sludge from (6) existing septic tanks and (1) grease trap. 1.4 Construct new interior bath drain for MSDD building bath. 1.5 Work area is a U. S. Coast Guard communication facility that has a radial ground system of underground cooper wires 12 inches deep. Cut and Splice all radials in work area. Replace copper ground wire damaged by construction. Period of performance is 90 DANTP. This procurement is estimated Between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 M.
