- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center Atlanta, GA (VISN 7), requires Courier Services from the East Point Community Based Outpatient Clinic to transport mail, lab specimens, x-ray films, and other assorted packages Monday through Friday excluding holidays to the VA Medical Center Atlanta, GA. The Performance Period will be May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 plus 4 Option Years. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 492110 with a standard size of 1500 employees. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 1, 2005. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 478-274-5609. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
