- Description
- The Office of Advocacy underwrites and supports database development, production of special tabulations, and research using large databases, in order to improve understanding of small business formation, growth, and survival and major policy issues affecting the survival and growth of small firms. To this end the Office of Advocacy seeks projects that use comprehensive existing databases to add to the state of knowledge about the state of small firms as well as major issues facing by small firms. In addition, research proposals will also be considered that incorporate non-survey methods of obtaining or enhancing public or proprietary data. One example would be formulating and obtaining special tabulations from existing large databases. Questions and answers for this procurement shall commence on May 30, 2005 and end on June 7, 2005.
