- The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for multi-disciplinary medical care services at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA, and any DOD or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the States of Arizona, California, and Nevada. This is a competitive procurement for a multi-disciplinary health care workers indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), personal services type contract. The types of health care workers providing services under the resulting contract(s) will cover a broad spectrum of medical nursing care ranging from Physician to Medical Assistants. Though the labor categories contemplated under this procurement differ, they are all in the same functional area of medical care services. The minimum quantities anticipated for this procurement are: no hours of Physicians services; 29,232 hours of Allied Health services (Pharmacist and others); 102,056 hours of Technologist services ( Moammography, Medical Technologist, Radiation Therapy, MRI Technologist, ect.); 175,800 hours of Technician services (Pharmacy Technician, Medical Laboratory, Phlebotomist, etc.); and 62,728 hours of Assistant services ( Medical Assistants and others). The maximum quantity is approximately 1,135,378 hours. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110. The contract(s) will have a five-year ordering period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil when released sometime in June 2005. A Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for 14 June 2005 at 9:30 AM in the Fellowship Room in Building 4 of the Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA.
