- NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. This contract consists of providing SB2 Road Base (dirty base) and Red Clay Base to be delivered and Tail Gate Spread to our Lower District on various roads located in Marion County, Arkansas. All delivered material must be from a State Approved Quarry. The NAICS code for this project is 212321. Contract duration is 90 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site is open to the public and is accessible for purposes of bid preparation. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about May 24, 2005, advertising time and solicitation time will be the same, at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
