- This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular (2001-24). This requirement is set aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 333313 and the Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Vicksburg Consolidated Contracts Office, Vicksburg, MS has a requirement for a firm fixed price type contract for Hasler Mail Systems or equal. The Corps of Engineers is in need of the following items: (1)WJ220 Base and Mixed Mail Feeder- Processes up to 220 letters per minute, handles mail up to 5/8 thick, digital inkjet technology, Tele Meter Setting for easy postage replenishment, postage accounting for up to 500 departments/accounts, automatic date advance, envelope sealing and mail feeder, Information Based Indicia (IBI) technology, 10 memory job presets, password security, large easy to read LCD display, automatic thickness adjustment, pre-loaded mail class dies and ad slogans. (1) WJDWP Combo, (1) WJSTKRC Combo. Meter Options- Model 165 Meter (secured Device) Resets included. (12) Mail System Meter Rental. Software Options- (1) iMCM Interface to Whisper Jet Series Mailing Machines and (1) iMCM Turnkey System- includes compact PC, 15 flat, touch screen monitor, 150# scale, Windows XP Professional.
