- Work consists of Maintenance Dredging Anchorage Basin, 42 feet and 32 feet Project, Wilmington, North Carolina. Total quantity of unclassified material to be dredged is currently estimated at 1,500,000 cubic yards. Magnitude of this project is betw een $1,00,000 and $5,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Firms must be HUBZONE certified by the SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (see www.sba.gov/hubzone/). Potential Bidders may view or download this solicitation and amend ments from the Wilmington District web site (http://www.saw.usace.army.mil/domino/sawebs.nsf) when the solicitation is issued which is currently expected to be approximately 30 June 2005. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE ON CD-ROM AND WILL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in a printed paper hard copy form. Amendments will be made through either a 3.5 diskette, CD-ROM, or hard copy, however the Government reserves the right to revert to pa per medium when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. All BID FORMS and other normal documents required for Bid Submittal SHALL BE IN PAPER MEDIUM. Electronic medium for bid submittal shall NOT BE ALLOWED.
