PRON: AX5BZ215AX, NSN: 6625-01-496-2130, PN: 7-511C10003(-5). Quantity: 4 each, applicable to AH-64 Longbow, with deliveries to Mesa, AZ 85205-9797. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 4 ea ch, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613 and L-3 Communications Electronic System, Inc., Cage Code 09691, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks r ights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solici tations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
