- The U.S Government National Small Arms Center (NSAC) solicits the members of the National Small Arms Technology Consortium (NSATC) and Welcomes applications for new members, for articulated in the on-going Joint Capabilities Integration and White Paper technology proposals to develop small arms capabilities to mitigate and or resolve small arms capability gaps Development System (JCIDS) analysis entitled, Joint Small Arms Capabilities Assessment (JSACA). Solicitation responses are expected to conform to the direction and guidance presented in this Call for White Papers. This solicitation is open to the members of the NSATC and NSAC and applications for new members.
