- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center intends on negotiating solely with Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems, 12900 Federal Systems Park Drive, Fairfax VA 22033 to increase the ceiling amount of BPA contr act DAAD05-02-D-0023 by approximately $4M for a 7 month period. The increase is necessary to allow continued performance of this competitively awarded GSA BPA contract until the follow-on contract can be awarded. The Government intends on negotiating sol ely with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.505. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The modification to increase the ceiling will be issued on approximately 8 June 2005.
