- Services, non-personal to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to Construct Visitors Center and ID Complex at Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045, VGLZ: 01-9002. Includes all foundation, structural, mechani cal, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, glass and glazing, finishes, flooring, roofing, controls, fire protection, elevator and site work. Site work shall consist of asphalt paving, water distribution, electrical service, communications and syste ms controls required for a complete and usable facility. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,00. The total construction performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated solici tation issue date is 23 Jun 2005. Estimated proposal closing date is 26 Jul 05. Past Performance information estimated closing date is 26 Jul 2005. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The contract will be awarded under Source Selection procedures specified in the solicitation. Evaluation factors include Price and Past Performance. This project is being procured on an UNRESTRICTED basis in accordance with the Competitiveness Demonstration Program, however, small businesses, veteran-owed businesses , service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, HUBZone Small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate. The HUBZone preference IAW FAR 19.1307 applies. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 236210 and the Size Standard for Small Businesses is $28.5 million annual receipts for the past 3 years. A Small Business subcontracting plan will be required if the offeror is a large business and must be submitted with offer. The solicitation package will be issu ed via the web only. All amendments, site visit minutes and questions will be posted on the web. There is no charge for the solicitation, plans and specifications, which will be available at the following internet site: http://www.selfridgecontracting.org/ Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. Prime contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration as: http://www.ccr.com to be eligible for award. There wi ll be a preproposal conference tentatively scheduled for 13 Jul 2005. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and should contact 127th MSC Contracting Division at: 127thwgcontracting@miself.ang.af.mil via email not later than 11 Jul 2005 for cleara nce at the main gate.
