- Description
- Replace Drain Lines, Building 3245, Fort Benning, Georgia. Work includes, but not limited to, replacing under floor cast iron drain piping with corrosion resistant pipe in kitchen area of building 3245. Remove and replace floor tile, concrete slab, kitchen equipment as required to excavate and backfill pipe trench, dispose of debris at an off post site, deliver organic food waste contaminated soil to the Government for test and remediation, install new floor drains, cleanouts, kitchen fixture connections and corrosion resistant food/hot water pipe system. This Solicitation is for awardi ng a firm fixed-price contract with the estimated magnitude between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program this requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 237110.
