- Description
- The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of performance for 365 calendar days with four one-year options using performance price trade-off. Task orders will be written against the basic year and the 4 additional option years. The contractor shall furnish all supervisions, personnel, equipment, tools, material, and transportation necessary to perform repairs and painting of buildings, warehouses, structures, and miscellaneous facilities, excluding elevated water storage tanks, antennas, fuel storage tanks, and other facilities requiring specialized painting systems. Painting will include Exterior Painting, Repair of Defective Exterior, Interior Painting, Repair of Defective Interior, Housing Exterior Painting, and Housing Repair of Defective Exterior. All work shall be performed at Lackland AFB, Lackland Training Annex, Kelly Annex, and Wilford Hall Medical Center. The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. The estimated magnitude of this project, to include the option years is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 238320 with a small business size standard of $12 million. This acquisition is set aside under the Small Business Administration 8(a) competitive program. Only those qualified 8(a) located within the geographic boundaries of the San Antonio Small Business Administration District Office are eligible to compete for this acquisition. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. Any interested parties must be register with Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Any interested parties must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which can be accessed at http://orca.bpn.gov/.
