- INL wishes to work with a commercial partner under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) to develop and evaluate a novel concept for a NAPL sensor for well monitoring. INL and the CRADA partner will construct of a prototype NAPL sensor package followed by demonstration of the performance of the NAPL sensor package through a suite of experiments, in which the performance of the sensor package is validated through independent observations. Following successful completion, the CRADA partner will be given the opportunity to negotiate an exclusive license to commercialize this intellectual property. Contact Mr. Gary W. Smith. A potential licensing opportunity exists with BEA, the prime operating contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). BEA is soliciting a written indication of interest from industrial partners interested in entering into a license agreement for the purpose of developing a prototype and commercializing the technology described below. This is not an opportunity to provide goods or services to BEA or DOE. This solicitation will close to response 30 days after publication.
