- Solicitation No: SP0406-05-R-2852, NSNs: 9150-01-035-5390 and 9150-01-035-5391 . Estimated annual quantity for NSN 9150-01-035-5390 is 4685 quarts Quarts for the Base Year, and for NSN 9150-01-035-5391 is 830 Cans. Solicitation will be for one base year plus two option years, unrestricted, Full and Open, QAP 204 and ABVS applies. QPL Applies. There is a surge requirement for both NSNs. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. This is a ?1T? procurement. The Government's requires delivery schedule for both NSNs to be 30 DARO for Stock. Stock Locations are SRG Richmond, VA and AQ5 Tracy, CA. to be split SRG 24% and AQ5 76% for NSN 9150-01-035-5390 and . SRG 61% and AQ5 39% for FOB Destination (stock locations), Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
