- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is issuing this synopsis as a modification to a previous synopsis under this solicitation number. It's purpose is to hereby reflect the following technical exception to the Purchase Item Description for the applicable NSN(s): 3990-01-041-8803; Exception: Note 3 of Table 4, Part 9 Wood Pallets for Military Use of ASME MH1-1997, ?Pallets, Slip Sheets and Other Bases for Unit Loads? is not applicable. Pallets shall be produced of wood species class specified. 3990-00-599-5326; Exception: Note 3 of Table 4, Part 9 Wood Pallets for Military Use of ASME MH1-1997, ?Pallets, Slip Sheets and Other Bases for Unit Loads? is not applicable. Pallets shall be produced of wood species class specified. 3990-00-935-7960; Exception: Note 3 of Table 4, Part 9 Wood Pallets for Military Use of ASME MH1-1997, ?Pallets, Slip Sheets and Other Bases for Unit Loads? is not applicable. Pallets shall be produced of wood species class specified. Note: Species class 22 is acceptable. Offerors are hereby invited to revise their offers or submit new offers in accordance with these exceptions.
