Description
BACKGROUND Due to the importance of many of USAID?s special events (e.g. annual awards ceremony, signing ceremonies, swearing-in ceremonies, etc.); the Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA) is tasked with providing professional photography services to cover selected events. Since USAID does not have a professional photographer on staff, LPA is requesting a Blanket Purchase Order to be issued to up to five (5) photographers. SCOPE OF WORK The Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA) is requesting photography services to cover USAID?s agency annual awards ceremony, signing ceremonies, swearing-in ceremonies, and other special events in the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) and around the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Contractor shall provide all services, equipment, supplies, and deliverables as outlined below. The Contractor shall furnish camera(s), flash/strobe, camera filters and all film. The Contractor shall deliver, within 48 hours of the event, or photo shoot, all prints or images and negatives to the CTO designated below. Prints or images shall be delivered as follows, at the option of the agency: 35-mm slides High resolution digital images (300dpi or higher) High resolution digital images (via e-mail) Images burned on CDs Contact Sheets 8x10 prints 8x10 signature prints 3x5 prints 4x6 prints Negatives The contractor must present his/herself professional at all times when performing services under this contract. The contractor must attend periodic meetings at the RRB. The meetings are to be arranged by the CTO and contractor. The contractor must provide one person on a regular/consistent basis to perform the duties outlined in the Statement of Work. If this person is unable to perform on any particular occasion one person must be chosen as an alternate to perform the duties performed in the Statement of Work.
