- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. USTDA-05-Q-41-250 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-03. This solicitation is set aside for small business as professional services (advisory and assistance services as defined by FAR 37) and not subject to the Service Contract Act as amended. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 651990 with size standard of $6 million. USTDA intends to issue an order for an evaluations analyst as per the requirements specified in the attachment. Contract line item numbers, requirement descriptions, place/date of deliveries and provisions/clauses are all spelled out in the attachment. Offerors should carefully read the attachment and fill in the appropriate blanks prior to submission.
