H92239-05-T-0028? HMMWV Modifications for Assault Vehicle AMENDMENT 2. Q6. Is this solicitation for the installation of the devices ONLY or does it include the manufacturing of the attachments? A6.Installation and manufacturing of the attachments Q7. How long after 2 June will the contract be awarded ? Hence, what is the actual manufacturing cumulative time for manufacturing? A7. Depending on the number of competitive offers that we receive will depend on the technical evaluation timeline. I forsee the award being made no later than 6 June which should give you about 14 days to complete and meet the required date of 20 June. Q8. When will the vehicles be available to begin modification ? A8. As soon as the award is made. Reference question 7 above. Q9. With place of performance listed as Fort Bragg, it suggests the vehicles may not leave the base and all manufacturing and installation work must be completed on the base. Is this correct? A9. I do not remember anything saying the vehicles cannot leave the base. The work will be completed at the contractors facility wherever that may be. Q10. Are the contractor submited drawings reguired in any specific format other than printed hard copies ? Autocade, ProE, SmartCAM etc..? A10. We are not requiring any specific format. That choice is being left up to the contractor. As long as we can understand the technical drawings.
