- Description
- The Government intends to procure 10 each Full Length, Ultra Hard Surface Skid Shoe Kits, - 6 each of P/N 600-160-1022-T and 4 each of P/N 600-160-1022-RT. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination with delivery to L3 Communications, BLDG 21 Door 12 5749 Briar Hill RD Lexington KY 40516. Required delivery date, 30 June 05, however, partial and early delivery is acceptable and preferable. The intended source is Brauer Aerospace Products, 300 Van Heusen Dr, Ozark Industrial Park, Ozark, AL 36360. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C Dr. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, e-mail: aelder@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-4199. The anticipated award date is 7 June 2005. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation will be made available to interested parties by way of the Federal Business Opportunities System (FEDBIZOPPS). See Number Note(s): 22.
