- The BEP is interested in receiving comments on a draft specification for Large Format Currency Over-Printing And Packaging System (Super Cope). A copy of the draft specification can be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website www.eps.gov. Some attachments are not available at this time due to the need to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to access being granted. This is a request for Industry Comments only. Solicitations are not available at this time, and as such any request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. At this point, the BEP does not intend to set up a contract for this equipment, but would like to receive comments on the draft specification as part of a market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. In addition, a questionnaire is attached for completion by potential suppliers. This information will help the Government determine the commercial availability of these systems and the terms and conditions under which they are normally sold. Interested parties should send comments on the draft specification and questions regarding this requirement by the Close of Business (COB) May 06, 2004 to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Procurement, Attn: Victor J.
