- Contract services to provide fully Contractor operated and maintained multi-engine water scooper airplane flight services consisting of multi-engine airplanes (CL-215 or CL-415 or equal) in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Land Management/Alaska Fire Service, and U.S. Forest Service wildland fire management programs. This is for a Call When Needed type contract. There is no guarantee of use by the Government or guarantee of availability by the Contractor. We anticipate making multiple awards for multiple aircraft on each award. The Contractor(s) will be required to hold a current Federal Aviation Administration air carrier and operating specification (or foreign equivalent) for the category and class of aircraft required under the contract. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for two additional years. See the solicitation for specific periods. Projected solicitation issue date is 5/20/05.
