- This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award will be made to Unigraphics Manuf acturing Bundle Software and Maintenance package. Contract amount is $65,479.00. Unigraphics Manufacturing Bundle is required to be compatible with software utilized with Rock Island Army Arsenal. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized.
