- Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to Construct a pre-engineered metal building facility for the resident Game Warden in the West Lake Tholocco Marina Area within Government specifications, Fort Rucker Alabama. Contract duration is 240 calen dar days. The solicitation will be issued via internet on or about June 21, 2005 with bid opening on or about July 20, 2005. Firm Fixed-Price. Start work 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of the proposed acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. The statutory cost limitation applicable to this project is $750,000. The NAISC Code is 236210. Small business size is $28.5 million. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demostration Program on an unr estricted basis. No Government Furnished Property is included in this project.
