- UPDATE 20 MAY 2005: Site Visit Minutes, Questions and Answers and Warehouse Equipment Listed posted. Proposals are due 31 MAY 2005 by 4:00 pm EST. UPDATE 26 APRIL 2005: The proposed action is for System, Modular, Freestanding Furniture Purchase and Repair at National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The Request for Proposal has been posted. See attached files for the RFP: Solicitation; Exhibit A, Bid Schedule; Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement; Attachment 2, Information to Offerors (ITO); Attachment 3, Evaluation Factors for Award; and Attachment 4, Past Performance Questionnaire. The RFP response date is 31 MAY 2005, 4:00 PM EST. Attachment 4, Past Performance Questionnaires are due no later than 20 MAY 2005 from all references sent Questionnaires, reference Attachment 2, paragraph 4.2.1(c). The site visit date and time has been set for Tuesday 10 May at 1:00 pm. Specific requirements will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: 1. Computer Aided Design/Redesign 2. Furniture Disassembly,Assembly, Reassemble, Installation, Maintenance and Repair (Relocation, reconfiguration of furniture workstations) 3. Transportation/Warehousing/Storage 4. Purchase New Furniture Period of Performance is estimated 1 Aug 05 through 31 Jul 06. This contract includes provision for four one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Classification Code is 7110, Office Furniture. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this acquisition is 337214, Office Furniture (except wood) Manufacturing, Size Standard: 500 employees. A small business concern in this NAICS code cannot exceed the average employment over the last 3 fiscal years.
