- This is issued as a non-competitive, 8(a) solicitation for general reservation support services to support the Facility Management Team performing its functions related to the facilities and infrastructure under ORO cognizance. The contractor shall develop and maintain up-to-date facility and infrastructure drawings and plans utilizing CAD type equipment. The contractor shall provide staff skilled inperfming the supply function, including the rquisitioning of supplies, whipping and receiving functions, stocking of shelves, and delivery of goods; the inventory and tracing of sensitive and capital equipment items as defined by DOE as accountable property; administravitive duties supporting the ORO motor vehicle fleet; and material handling/labor/warehousing. The contractor will operate Clark Center Park in accordance with DOE established procedures.
