Description

This is a Modification to the Pre-Solicitation Notice for the USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory (NVSL), Ames, Iowa requirement for the IT West Wing Renovation project. This Notice changes the closing date for the above referenced requirement to read June 28, 2005 (4:30 p.m. ? Maryland time), in lieu of June 20, 2005. This is also notification that the solicitation is being posted to this website. Additional information for offerors reflecting how to obtain the Specifications and Drawings (plans) for this requirement are posted in the Notice to Offerors document (posted with the solicitation) and in Section J of the solicitation. Also note that a pre-bid/pre-proposal conference (reference Section L, paragraph L.13 of the solicitation) is tentatively scheduled for the week of June 13, 2005 at the facility in Ames, Iowa. Additional information with the specific date and time will be posted to this web site (www.FedBizOpps.gov) before the scheduled date. This is a Request for Proposals (Negotiated) and technical as well as past performance information must be submitted. Technical questions in reference to this project must be submitted in writing through the procurement official, in order to ensure fairness to all potential offerors.
