Critical Application Item and First Article, Government, Testing, requirements apply for manufacturing sources that are not waived First Article manufacturing sources. Bid set is cited in solicitation. Waived First Article sources to date are: Onena Tool Co, cage code (0MN54), P/N: 481-200582 and Raytheon Company, cage code (15090), P/N: 481-200582. This procurement is unrestricted. Expected quantity to be procured is 31 each and quantity price break ranges are included in case of any change in the required quantity after the solicitation opens. Inspection/Acceptance is origin for all material and additional higher level quality requirements apply according to solicitation. Delivery requested is FOB destination for line item 0001 of 8 each to CA and for line item 0002 of 23 each to PA.
