AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION W9124X-05-T-0004 - Solicitation W9124X-05-T-0004 is amended as set forth: Make the following changes to solicitation W9124X05T0004: Line Item 0003, Item Description - Change the Item Description to read: Captain's Chair, Si ze: 25W x 25D x 30H, Seat Size: 19W x 19D, Color: Burgundy, Wood Finish: Medium Cherry, National Business Furniture Part Number: 55324, or equal. Change the Offer Due Date to read: 25 May 2005, 4:00pm. These changes are at no additional cost to the gover nment, and make no other changes unless in writing from the Contracting Officer. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended. Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: (a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning 1 copy of the amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers.
