- The United States Penitentiary, Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to make multiple awards for the delivery of subsistence items to the Institution for the period of July 01, 2005 through September 30, 2005. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Any and all quotations that meet the requirements shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on or after May 23, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
