- The work consists of construction of streambank stabilization on Mixon Creek, River Street Bridge and South Lagoon Site No. 3 in the City of Hattiesburg. The major items of work are: Clearing and Grubbing-1 lump sum; Structure Removal-1 lump sum; Protective Cover-4 acres; Excavation, Common-8,040 C.Y.; Earthfill, Class C-3,150 C.Y.; Earthfill, Offsite-1,400 C.Y.; Extending Corrugated Plastic Pipe-18"-8 L.F.; Extending Corrugated Plastic Pipe, 36"-10 L.F.; Extending Corrugated Metal Pipe, 24"-6 L.F.; Rock Riprap-14,351 tons; Geotextile-13,235 S.Y.; Concrete Grout-925 C.Y.; Mobilization & Demobilization-1 lump sum. This work is to be completed within 116 calendar days. Estimated price range for this work is $500,000 to $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation documents will be available on the FedBizOpps website on or about June 6, 2005.
